The IPS 3N1 flashing is equipped with a large base and flexible collar to provide a water-tight seal over 1¼ in - 3 in pipes. The multi-size 3N1 collar is manufactured for maximum durability, with ultraviolet and weather resistance.

- Tested for UV, ozone and weather resistance
- Approved for type B installations
- Elastomer collar heat tested to 180 deg F
